![]() Class BookMy grade one students in my past placement were having trouble with their numbers, their phonics, and alphabet sounds. During the time of this lesson the colour of the week was red and therefore decided to find a lesson around as many overlapping themes for them to draw upon and build on their experiences and knowledge. | ![]() Government DebateFor this assignment, the grade five students researched communism and formed a view point on whether they would want to live in a communist country or a country with no government. Students were able to debate their viewpoints, switch sides at any time, and support their classmates. Everyone had a chance to participate and share their views twice. |
